Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern all services provided by Sparks Design Shop, 1086 Heatherstone Way, Milford, OH 45150. By ordering a service or engaging with us, you accept these Terms. If ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm authorization to do so.

2. Services

Sparks Design Shop provides digital design services. All deliverables are sent electronically (Figma links, ZIP files, PDFs, cloud storage folders). No physical goods are shipped. Services include: web application design, e-commerce design, digital product design, brand website design, conversion-optimized pages, and design systems.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed when Stripe successfully processes payment. By completing checkout you confirm you are 18 or older, agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy, and that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

4. Scope and Revisions

Each service has a defined scope. Work outside scope requires a written change order and additional payment. Unused revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide requested information and access within 5 business days of each request; respond to review requests within 5 business days; and disclose any technical constraints relevant to the design. Late client responses extend the delivery timeline proportionally.

6. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, traffic levels, or revenue results from design work. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables become your property. Our internal tools, methodologies, and pre-existing design assets remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Clermont County, Ohio, USA.
