2. What We Collect
Information You Provide
When you contact us, place an order, or complete a project brief, we collect: name, email address, phone number, company name or website URL, country, and any project details you share.
We do not collect or store payment card data. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically Collected
Standard server logs and analytics may collect: IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Delivering and managing your design project
- Communicating about project progress, revisions, and delivery
- Processing payments via Stripe
- Responding to support and sales inquiries
- Maintaining financial records as required by US law
- Improving our services and website
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: Stripe (payment processing), cloud storage providers (secure file delivery and project collaboration), and email service providers (transactional messages). If we merge or are acquired, client data may transfer with advance notice.
5. Data Retention
- Active project data: retained during the project and 12 months after completion
- Financial records: 7 years for US tax compliance
- Non-client inquiry data: 12 months, then deleted
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@sparksdesignshop.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 14 business days.
7. Security
All data transmission is SSL-encrypted. We use Stripe for payment handling and limit internal access to client data. No transmission method is 100% secure, but we take proportionate precautions.

9. Children
