We start by understanding your users, your goals, and the competitive landscape. This is not a formality -- it is the work that prevents expensive wrong turns.
Structure before style. We map the information architecture and layout logic before any visual decisions are made. Faster feedback loops, fewer surprises.
High-fidelity mockups for every screen, shared in Figma as interactive previews. Desktop and mobile designed together, not sequentially.
Complete developer handoff with annotated specs, responsive breakpoints, interaction notes, and a component library your team can work from directly.
We stay available through development to answer design questions and catch implementation issues before they ship. Ongoing support is available afterward.
Practical expectations before you start
You get senior designers, not a junior team
We are six people. There is no tier of junior designers waiting to be handed your project once the kickoff call is done. The same people you meet in discovery are the people who design your product.
Revisions happen in structured rounds
We do not do unlimited open-ended revision. Each project has defined revision rounds. This is not us protecting our time -- it is us protecting the quality of your project. Structured rounds produce better design decisions than continuous tinkering.
We need your content to hit the timeline
The single biggest cause of delays in design projects is late client content. We send a detailed content guide at kickoff. If content is late, the timeline adjusts proportionally and we communicate it clearly.
Deliverables are yours. All of them.
You get every Figma file, every export, every documentation asset. We do not lock you into a retainer to access your own designs. If you move to a different design team after the project, they can open and work from our files without us.
